The Elora Tarot and Divination Festival is happening May 26 and 27 at the Elora Centre for the Arts. The weekend offers both expert and novice an opportunity to have readings done, attend workshops, and browse the marketplace for esoteric wares and divination tools. Current divination methods include: cartomancy (card reading), tarotmancy (tarot cards), scrying (crystal ball gazing), tasseomancy (tea leaf reading), cleromancy (casting with charms, beans, shells or runes). Other popular esoteric arts include numerology, astrology, and palmistry.
The Elora Tarot and Divination Festival coincides with the Tarot Lovers: Works of Heart exhibition which runs through May 27th at the Wellington County Museum and Archives. Why not take in both?
