The Gardener’s Cottage was added 8 years ago to historic Spruce Lane Farm. Originally built as a “granny flat” it has recently been re-decorated and refurnished to provide charming guest quarters for out of town visitors to the scenic Elora area. The historic farm was established in the 1850’s by Peter Carroll, namesake of the nearby Carroll Creek, a tributary to the Grand River. Whether you wish to wander the country gardens and visit the historic Bank Barn, or relax in the heated in-ground pool, or make the short trip to town to visit the picturesque village of Elora or nearby Fergus, this enchanted cottage is the ideal retreat. Wake each morning to a large continental breakfast with home baking and local treats. Enjoy.
