Chef Brodie Sorbara grew up in Wellington County, surrounded by rich farmland, which inspired his understanding of the importance of supporting local, sustainable agriculture. Having the opportunity to study amongst the finest chefs in Singhampton, his food philosophy was further enhanced by the French culinary traditions focused on fresh, local ingredients.
