DESCRIPTION:Bring your appetite. This is a delicious event! \nThe 4th Annal Fergus Whole Hog BBQ helps raise funds for the Wellington Centre for Sustainable Agriculture. A grass-roots community event\, the calibre of the food and the concept behind the Whole Hog feast draws crowds from beyond our borders for this culinary tradition. Tickets sell out fast! \nThe concept: Ten local chefs prepare 10 locally-raised Berkshire pigs and  pair their meals with fresh corn-on-the-cob\, a selection of locally-sourced vegetables and a seasonal dessert. The meals are paired up with a great selection of local craft beers\, ciders and organic wine. \nThe family-friendly event includes live entertainment\, a children’s area and more.
